How to meditate if you have a busy lifestyle
The apple and maple trees, visible from where I’m sitting, are leafing out into the spring blue sky. The sun is warm today, a gentle breeze is caressing the hills. This is a moment– a moment of stillness, peace, and beauty. And it is a great blessing, to have this brief jewel in the midst of this crisis.
There are a great many ways to balance body/mind/spirit. Currently, in these articles, I am presenting a glimpse into meditation. I hope you find something useful here.
Today’s article….well, I almost did not present it. It’s title is “How to meditate if you have a busy lifestyle”. A bit ironic? Then I thought about it. We are busy— busy with our concerns, busy with our stressors, busy not being busy….
