In making Green Tuocha, mature tea leaves are selected in summer, gently roasted, sun-dried, steamed, and then shaped into small bowls, 3 grams each. Brewing Instructions: Water Temp: 185°F (85°C)° Quality of Water: Best with Spring water Quantity of Leaf: 1 (tsp / 8oz water) Steep Time: 2-3(minutes) Infusions: 3-4
We recommend infusing one Green Tuocha per 8 ounces of 180 to 190 F water for 2 to 3 minutes. This should provide at least 3 or 4 good infusions.
